It just says so much and brings so many ideas - all extremely unpleasant - about what went on in that household. Kind of the same way that "baby shoes for sale, never worn" does. Only in a more demonic way (and I'm an atheist).
The irony is that people are worried about same sex couples having children. This news just goes to show that fucked up people come in all kinds and sizes and in no larger quantity in one group or the other.

I agree that it is disturbing. And I also agree that if they are allowed to have a child, anyone should be allowed to. (But I thought that before this article).
But on the not-so-gross side, at least they aren't using the grandma's eggs. For a minute, I thought it was going to be one inbred child.

Okay, I read the story and I'm still trying to pick my jaw up off the floor.
Luckily, I have seen this a couple times already, so I'm growing immune to the headline. I haven't read the story you linked yet, so I don't know if it's the same one I read yesterday. In that one, it says Granny was forced to give up her own baby as a teen so as to not bring dis-repute unto the family. I wonder how that's working out now. Maybe the rest are all dead.

Also, it's crazy that Pearl will be the kid's great-grandma AND mom. Way to multi-task familial roles, lady!

It makes me wonder, is this what it would be like when Edward (the vampire boy from Twilight) and the girl (can’t remember her name) stay together forever, and have a “long happy life with him”, as he said? I mean, she’s NOT a vampire, so at some point, she is going to look like his grandma, right?
